Yes. Shift Now Corp. is based in Edmonton, Alberta, but we serve clients across Canada and the United States and we routinely work remotely with teams in other regions. Most of our work is delivered through remote collaboration, with occasional on-site visits when a project truly needs them.
It depends on the size of the engagement and the availability of the right engineers. For scoping calls we can usually respond within one business day, and we typically begin design work within two to four weeks of agreement. For urgent stabilization work, we can often mobilize faster.
Every project is scoped individually because requirements differ so much. After an initial discussion we provide a fixed proposal with clear deliverables and pricing. Small integrations may be a few days of effort, while complete systems are planned as multi-stage programs. You will always see the cost before any work begins.
